Joe Signaigo was very prompt to contact us after we contacted Gray Daniels Dealership via the internet. He was very professional, courteous and thorough. He never tried to high pressure us in our search for the right vehicle. We were mostly attracted to the FordTaurus because of the many nice features it had, especially heated & cooled seats on both front seats and both having 10-way positions. Other competitive products did not offer that. What was especially nice was the full tank of gas they gave us as we left in our new car. We would recommend the dealership to others and would especially recomment Joe.

Scott was very helpful in answering questions that both me and my wife had. He allowed time for both me and my wife to discuss the truck features with standing over us during our conversation. I really like that. Before taking financials on the truck or asking to come in to sit down to discuss financials, Scott answered everything about the truck and allowed us to determine if we wanted to talk financials. Gray-Daniels has a great employee. Keep up the good work, Scott.
